About This Tour:

There are two things most commuters don’t realize about Penn Station: First, there used to be a gorgeous Beaux Arts station that was demolished in the mid-60’s. Second: Parts of that old station can still be found today; they’ve just been buried under the arena that landed on top of them. And in 2021 Moynihan Train Hall was opened to rectify the loss of the original Penn Station and  provide a much-improved and beautified new train hall using the Beaux Arts splendor of the 1913 McKim, Mead & White Post Office. On this one-of-a-kind tour, guests will experience the past, present, and future of this evolving and often controversial transit hub and learn the secrets and hidden gems of both Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall.
