Explore the many possibilities of mulberry paper while considering the intersections of ecology and economics in traditional Japanese handicrafts. Participants will create a traditional Japanese Uchiwa fan from upcycled materials and engage with Isamu Noguchi’s ideas about functionality and sustainable practices.
