A conversation with Larry Padilla ’94 MSRED, Regional Vice President at The Michaels Organization, and Ernst Valery ’04 MSRED, Co-managing Member of SAA|EVI Development, moderated by Ed Poteat, Founder of Carthage Advisors and Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Development at Columbia GSAPP. This program is the second part of a Columbia University MSRED Webinar Series on The Impact of Real Estate on Communities of Color. The Series is led by Patrice Derrington, Holliday Associate Professor and Director of the Real Estate Development Program; Diane Branch ‘03 MSRED; and Ed Poteat. The goal of this initiative is to provide resources to enable collaborative dialogue, action, and insight for systemic change towards racial equity.
