Join Brooklyn Public Library to celebrate the launch of Places We Gather, an audio walking tour that shares stories of community care and mutual aid in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. To launch the project, BPL invites you to a panel discussion with Fort Greene residents who are featured on the tour. The speakers will reflect on important gathering places, changes in the neighborhood, and their memories of individuals coming together to support one another. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Starting on August 20, the Places We Gather tour will be available digitally on the BPL website and via listening devices that can be checked out at the Clinton Hill Library branch. Places We Gather is a collaboration between Interference Archive and Brooklyn Public Library.
