The Bronx River Foodway is excited to collaborate with urban soil scientist Dr. Perl Egendorf to offer two public soil testing days this spring. Urban soils can sometimes carry toxic metals like lead due to decades of development. Bring a sample of your garden soil to Concrete Plant Park either Saturday, March 6 or April 3 between 1-3 pm to find out how safe your soils are!
