As the veil grows thin and the gates close to the public, step into a side of Green-Wood few ever experience: after dark. Wander past monuments and mausoleums illuminated against the night sky while your guide brings to life the tales of some of our most fascinating permanent residents. The night ends with rare access inside the Catacombs, a space rarely opened to the public.

While we love the spirit of the Halloween season, Green-Wood remains an active cemetery. Out of respect for the grounds, masks and costumes are not permitted and guests wearing them will not be admitted on the tour.
