Get a behind-the-scenes look at one of downtown Newburgh's most anticipated adaptive reuse projects. Join Foster Supply Company for an exclusive hard hat tour of the future hotel that is transforming three historic buildings—the former Masonic Temple, YMCA, and American Legion Hall—into the city's first downtown hotel in more than a century.

Participants will explore the project while learning about the challenges and opportunities of preserving historic architecture, adapting existing buildings for new uses, and bringing new life to downtown Newburgh. The completed project will feature 70 guest rooms, a restaurant, bar, and spa.
