The Guardians of Flushing Bay, a grassroots coalition advocating for a healthy & equitably accessible Flushing Bay and Creek, will walk through the Flushing Creek Protection Project virtually, using local species identification as an organizing tool to promote ecological and environmental justice. HPEEC programming is made possible by the Newtown Creek Environmental Benefit Fund, administered by City Parks Foundation and funded by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
